What we need from you
- A Meta Business Manager account with your business verified — Meta only grants WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger access to a verified business, not to an agency on your behalf
- WhatsApp: a phone number not currently active on personal WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business App, to dedicate to your AI line
- Instagram: a Professional (Business or Creator) account, linked to your Facebook Page
- Facebook Messenger: your Facebook Page — Messenger runs through the same Page as Instagram, so one Page covers both channels
- Temporary admin access to these accounts while we complete setup — handed back to you once the integration goes live
- Any WhatsApp per-message fees are billed directly to your business's 360dialog account, passed through at cost — never marked up or bundled into our fee

Completely. You don't touch any configuration. We provision your phone number, integrate your booking system, and train the AI — then hand you a working system.
Technical maintenance, uptime, and hosting are always included in your monthly fee — that never changes. Once your system is trained, tested, and live, revisiting and reconfiguring its trained answers, scripts, pricing, or FAQs is a separate SGD $300 per request, since it means our team going back into your live configuration. We recommend reviewing everything carefully before go-live to get it right the first time.
Your system continues running and you move to a month-to-month arrangement. We'll also discuss what improvements are available with any newer AI capabilities.
Package A — Frontline Reception is the AI voice receptionist only (phone calls), from SGD $145/month. Package B — Conversion System adds an AI website chatbot that books appointments from chat, from SGD $600/month. Package C — OmniChannel Front Desk adds WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook on top of that, from SGD $899/month. Each package has Lite, Standard and Pro tiers priced by monthly call volume.
Tier is driven by phone call volume: under 120 calls/month fits Lite, 120–250 calls/month fits Standard, and 250+ calls/month fits Pro. Package is driven by which channels you need covered — phone only (A), phone plus website chat (B), or phone, website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (C). We help confirm the right combination during the discovery call.
