14 days from your first discovery call to going live. We handle everything — you review and approve before anything is switched on.

Yes — a 36-month service agreement starting from your go-live date, not your signing date. That horizon is what lets us build a bespoke system and retune it monthly rather than handing you a template. You can exit early with 60 days’ written notice; the remaining monthly fees become payable, capped at 3 months. Full terms in §6 and §7 of our Terms.

By card via Stripe. You’ll add a payment method before your setup fee is charged, and your Monthly Subscription and any overage are billed automatically to the same card each cycle.

Email helloaxoncore@gmail.com with 60 days’ written notice. If you’re inside the 36-month term, an early termination fee applies — the remaining monthly fees, capped at 3 months (§7.2). After the term, it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.

We hold your business data for up to 30 days after termination. Request deletion in writing to helloaxoncore@gmail.com and we’ll securely delete it within 30 days (§12.3).

Overage is billed at $0.60/min beyond your included Voice minutes. For example, on Voice Starter (300 min, $170/mo), going 100 minutes over costs an extra $60 — $230 total that month. If you’re regularly running over by that much, moving up a tier is usually cheaper: Lite gives you 600 minutes for $300/mo. We help you pick the right tier during the discovery call to avoid this in the first place.

Yes, anytime. You can move up a tier within any module, or add another module — Voice, Engage, or Connect — to your setup. Adding a module gets you the bundle discount: 20% off the cheaper module’s monthly fee.

Completely. You don't touch any configuration. We provision your phone number, integrate your booking system, and train the AI — then hand you a working system.

Technical maintenance, uptime, and hosting are always included in your monthly fee — that never changes. Once your system is trained, tested, and live, revisiting and reconfiguring its trained answers, scripts, pricing, or FAQs is a separate SGD $300 per request, since it means our team going back into your live configuration. We recommend reviewing everything carefully before go-live to get it right the first time.

Your system continues running and you move to a month-to-month arrangement. We'll also discuss what improvements are available with any newer AI capabilities.

They're three independent modules, not tiers of the same product. Voice is your AI phone receptionist, from SGD $170/month. Engage is an AI website concierge, from SGD $300/month. Connect automates WhatsApp, from SGD $400/month. Buy any one standalone, or combine any two or all three — combining gets you a 20% discount on the cheaper module(s).

Choose modules based on where your enquiries actually come in — phone (Voice), website (Engage), WhatsApp (Connect) — any combination is fine, including just one. Tier within each module is driven by volume: for Voice, under 120 calls/month fits Starter, 120–240 fits Lite, 240–600 fits Standard, and 600+ fits Pro. For Engage and Connect, tier is driven by expected monthly message volume. We help confirm the right combination during the discovery call, or use the ROI Calculator for a starting recommendation.

When you combine two or three modules, the single most expensive module stays full price and every other module gets 20% off its monthly fee. For example, Voice Pro (SGD $1,600/mo) plus Engage Lite (SGD $500/mo) becomes SGD $1,600 + $400 = $2,000/mo instead of $2,100. Setup fees are never discounted, since they reflect real one-time build work regardless of how many modules you're adding. Full detail in §5.7 of our Terms.

Our first 10 signed clients — a subset of the first 50 founding-rate clients — pay $0 setup fee on any module or combination. You still get the founding monthly rate, locked for your term. In exchange, you agree to be featured as a named case study on our website and marketing materials. Full terms in §5.8 of our Terms.
